    Hi
    A survey has just been conducted and we have got the mortality results (household level) for CMR but with a design effect of 2.77 which to me seems very high. My question is what will have caused the high design effect? How does this high design effect affect the result? and what would be a normal range for the design effects for household level mortality results for CMR and for U5MR?
